These terms cover use of this booking site. The clinic you select is the healthcare provider. ClinicFlow does not practise medicine.

Appointments

Choosing a time sends a request. It is not a confirmed visit until the clinic confirms it. For an online consultation, confirmation follows successful payment. For a clinic that confirms by hand, confirmation follows staff recording that payment was received. Until then the slot can expire or be taken by another patient.

Fees, hours, and time off are set by the clinic and shown on its site. The clinic decides cancellations, reschedules, and refunds.

Emergencies

Do not use this site for an emergency. Contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital.

Your responsibilities

You will enter a name and mobile number you can be reached on, and an email when the form requires one. You will not book in someone else's name unless you are allowed to. You accept the patient consent before the request is sent.

ClinicFlow's role

ClinicFlow displays the clinic's published hours and fee, takes the request, and passes payment and message delivery to the providers the clinic has connected. Clinical judgment, prescriptions, and the outcome of a visit belong to the clinic and its doctor.
