Patient consent
Last updated 27 October 2026.
Tick the box on the booking form to accept this consent for that visit. The clinic named on the website is the healthcare provider. ClinicFlow provides the booking page, reminders, and payment hand-off.
1. Who the booking is for
You confirm that the name and mobile number are correct, and that you are booking for yourself or for someone you are allowed to book for. You will use a mobile number that can receive WhatsApp.
2. What you agree the clinic may do
The clinic may use your name, mobile number, email if you gave one, and the time you chose to schedule the visit, take payment, and keep a record of it. The doctor who sees you is responsible for medical advice, tests, and any prescription. ClinicFlow does not diagnose or prescribe.
3. Messages about this visit
You agree to WhatsApp messages, and email if you provided one, about this appointment. That includes the payment request, confirmation, reminders, a video-visit link when the clinic creates one, and a follow-up or review invitation after the visit when the clinic has turned that on. These are messages about your care, not a general mailing list. To stop non-essential messages, contact the clinic on the phone number on its website.
4. Teleconsultation
If you book an online consultation, you also agree to a remote visit with the clinic's doctor, by video when a link is created.
- This is not for an emergency. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call local emergency services.
- A video visit can miss things an in-person examination would show. The doctor may ask you to come in person, and you may ask for that.
- You will give an accurate history and say which medicines you already take.
- The doctor, not ClinicFlow, decides whether a remote visit is appropriate and what to prescribe.
- A video link may be created on the clinic's Google account. The link is for that visit.
5. Payment
You agree to pay the consultation fee shown on the booking page. Online consultations are confirmed when payment through the clinic's payment link succeeds. On a clinic that still confirms by hand, the visit is confirmed when staff record that they received payment. The clinic sets refunds and cancellations.
6. Records
The clinic may keep the appointment, your contact details, and any prescription the doctor files, for your care and for the clinic's legal record. See the privacy notice for who else receives those details.
